CANCELLATIONS POLICY

If you have any queries about this Cancellation Policy, please email our Customer Service Department at [email protected]. Orders canceled within 24 hours will be charged 5% of the total amount. After this time, the order can not be cancelled.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns and refunds policy will apply in 2024 (1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024)

Refunds and Returns Time Frame

Refunds and returns are available for 30 days from the date of product delivery. 

Refunds and returns do not include shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable.

Returns and refunds period are 60 days.

The following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

–         Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

–         Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

–         Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Return eligibility conditions.

If all the conditions stated below are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Returned items are just applied to 2 conditions below:

–         The sent product is the wrong size or color compared to ordered invoice.

–         The product is defective or damaged.

Please note those necessary factors:

–         The serial number must be intact, or the return will be automatically denied.

–         Returned products must include all received initial items, including free articles and accessories, for a total return.

At the same time, the returned product must be in its original packaging, with tags, and in unused condition. If the product is no longer in our store’s packaging, please note that we do not accept this return case.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

The refund amount is limited to the original purchase price.

Sale products and gifts are not reserved the right non-refundable.
